Cookie policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Draft prepared under UK law, pending review by a solicitor before final publication.

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) are small files a website stores on your device to remember information. This policy complies with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

2. Strictly necessary (always on)

  • wf-consent (local storage): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Kept until you clear this site’s data.
  • wf-utm (session storage): remembers the campaign that brought you here so it can be linked to your request. Deleted when you close your browser.

3. Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the website and which pages work best:

  • _ga: distinguishes visitors. Duration: 2 years.
  • _ga_<ID>: keeps session state. Duration: 2 years.

Until you accept, these tools don’t load and Google only receives a signal that consent has been denied (Google Consent Mode v2).

4. Third-party cookies

If you book a call, the Cal.com calendar may use its own strictly necessary cookies. When you open WhatsApp links or client websites, those sites’ policies apply.

5. Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
